Inspired by the purity and simplicity of the architecture and design of the Leftowitz Chapel, "Rest" presents an ever-present circle of light, referencing the Temple skylight and providing a physical metaphor for Rabbi David Leftowitz's incredible longevity in service to the community, the congregation, and to the city. "Rest " is a celebration of relaxation after days of toil and contemplation after days of distraction.
